This is my first djembe and I'm really happy with it! It's a good size, has a nice booming bass and sharp high notes. It is a bit tall for me at 24" but I'm only 5'4", so I suppose that's to be expected! The fiesta design is really pretty. I would recommend watching a video tutorial or finding someone to help you learn to use the rope tuning system if you're new to it. Chances are it will need a bit of tightening. Happy drumming :)
