Just got this case at Amazon. It was expensive but I took the plunge since Amazon offered it at such a great price. It comes in a well protected box and comes in a reusable sock like bag to protect it(nice touch). The leather quality is very good. It has two large roomy pockets. Every fastener on it was wrapped in a protective covering that you have to cut off. I thought it would come with one shoulder strap buy it actually has two straps if you want to convert the case into a backpack. It has nice thick handles with buttons to secure the handles together once you finish putting the guitar in the case. Construction includes double rivets, large zippers and zipper pulls, double stitching all around it. On the bottom is another layer of leather and two steel buttons. All around the case is really thick high density foam. The foam is covered by a fleece/felt like covering and it is very soft (It doesn't have the blue stuff that their nylon cases have). It has a velco retaining strap for the neck too. I really can't say enough good things about this case, I am shocked at the quality (don't let the made in China fool you). I can't speak about the durability since I just got it but it looks like it will outlive me. It has some sort of limited life warranty that I don't know much about. The Reunion Blues website does not do this bag justice. You really have to see it to appreciate it. Anyway the only downsides I could possible see with this case (which are not downsides for me) is it is kind of bulky. Don't even think about folding this bag as it is quite rigid all around. Maybe it is a little on the heavy side. It fits my LTD EC-1000T solid body guitar really well, and I think it could handle a larger guitar too. Awesome!
