I bought this from another seller and it is basically the Oscar Schmidt OE40 design. I owned the OE40 and the quality of this guitar is much much better and improved over my 2005 Oscar Schmidt OE40n... It plays MUCH better than my old Oscar, hardly any flaws...I may upgrade the pickups to GFS Humbucking Liverpool Hots...

My guitar was made in Indonesia, but doesn't mean the one sold here is or is not... The ones made in Indonesia (mine at the least) is TOP notched at the least, pickups actually sound good on this baby. Mine came with a case.....Jim
