I purchased this beginner bass guitar. It plays very well. It is definately adult sized, it's a little tall for me (im short). I took it to a guitar music store to have them evaluate the quality. They were impressed and said it was a great bass for learning on and it had great sound. Be careful not to buy a low quality Amp or else you will hear a buzz and not the true sound. ENJOY !!!
