I bought this directly from the Seismic Audio site, for the same price, so I would have better recourse if there were any issues. I'm using it as a drum monitor currently. The EQ is really good for adjusting the sound to the room. Very loud and very low noise. It hasn't ever gotten hot. It has 2 speaker stand holes to use if you want to use for a PA. Handles keyboards, vocals, mp3 players, and even bass with ease. And as I mentioned before, it is loud when you crank it up. The volume really ramps up when you turn it past 9. I'll likely buy another one. Solid construction, too.
