SKB 3I-1610-5B-D Waterproof Case Dividers, Ultra High-Strength Polypropylene Copolymer Resin Review

This item arrived in a timely manner, but was not as described/pictured. Instead of customizable foam inserts, as pictured, it came with a cushiony fabric liner, two long dividers (also made of the cushioned fabric) the width of the case, and 5 smaller dividers (also of the cusioned fabric). The most obvious configuration would be to use the longer dividers to divide the case's liner into thirds, then use the smaller dividers to make smaller compartments from there. The dividers have velcro on the ends to keep them in place inside the larger box shaped liner. While I am sure this could keep certain items secured, it is certainly not what I ordered.

After emailing the seller with my complaints about the insert, I received not only an email back apologizing for the error and assurances to me that it would be rectified, but the company also called me on the phone many times updating me on the progress. They are in the process of shipping me the correct foam inserts with no additional charge to me, and have even sent me an email so that I can track the package. I was very impressed with the level of customer service given to me, and would definitely recommend doing business with this seller to anyone. I am much happier now!
